Myton Community
Our school has links with Myton Secondary School, a local specialist Science and Training school/college, which many of our children then go on to attend for their secondary education.
Teachers at Myton School provide support and training in the delivery of Science, ICT and Mathematics, including coming into school to work with classes or small groups.
We also currently have a mathematics teacher attending one morning each fortnight to support Years 5 and 6, and an ICT expert who advises and supports teaching of ICT. The children sometimes visit Myton School to use their more advanced ICT equipment.
