I am Mrs Jenni Gilham, Kingsway's Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Co-ordinator.


My role in school is to

  • Review and update the SEND policy and ensure it is followed
  • In liason with teachers, identifying children with SEND and collating relevant information
  • Ensuring that appropriate Personal Learning Profiles (PLPs) are in place
  • Organising and attending reviews for pupils who are on the SEND register
  • Liasing with parents and other professional
  • Advising and support other practioners
  • Monitoring and evaluating the SEND provision.


My working days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Our SEND Information report offers information for parents in a single place, which helps them to understand what services they and their family can expect from a range of local agencies.
